Non-refundable Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, once an order is completed and the product is downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds. This is because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.
We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods (“digital products”) once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
Digital products are not tangible items like physical goods that can be returned. Once downloaded, they become part of your digital library.
Exceptions:

- Product not received: If you do not receive your download within 14 days of your purchase, we will issue a full refund.
- Download or unzipping issues: If you experience problems downloading or unzipping your product, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We will do our best to assist you and may offer a replacement or alternative solution.
